White-Glove Delivery

Every purchase includes complimentary White Glove delivery throughout the contiguous United States.

Deliveries are handled by The Packengers, a logistics firm specializing in fine art and antique furniture. Once your purchase is confirmed, we coordinate collection, packing, and transit on your behalf.

What to Expect

You will receive confirmation when your piece has been scheduled for collection, notification once packing is complete, and tracking information while it is in transit. Because every object is one of a kind and each delivery is individually scheduled, transit typically takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on destination and carrier routing.

Delivery Day

Your delivery is scheduled by appointment. You will be contacted in advance to arrange a four-hour arrival window, typically Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM.

An adult must be present to receive the delivery and sign the packing slip.

Placement includes carrying your piece up to one flight of stairs where safely accessible. Please clear a path to the intended room before the delivery team arrives. The delivery team cannot move existing furniture.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International Delivery

Orders outside the contiguous United States are arranged individually, as transportation routes, customs requirements, and delivery logistics vary by destination. Please contact us before purchasing so we can prepare a delivery proposal and estimated timeline.
